Managing elearning development team involves knowing some basics. Consisting of a multidisciplinary team, the elearning development team should achieve an internal structure. The main role is the project manager one. This person is the director, the one who must think and act globally in the team.
Even when it is a small or big project, managing elearning development team requires acting as a group. It is not about accomplishing one´s goal in a particular subject but to reach a collective task together. An elearning team, as every group, has roles which should be flexible but at the same time actively responsible for their duty.
